1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Flourishvibehip ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for paid consulting services, educational programs, and digital products purchased through our website at flourishvibehip.world or via direct engagement with our team.

We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and provides additional protections for customers in the European Union under the Consumer Rights Directive where applicable.

2. General Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the stage of delivery, and the timing of your request. The following general principles apply to all purchases:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@flourishvibehip.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval
  • Partial refunds may be issued when services have been partially delivered
  • Free resources, downloadable assessment guides, and informational content accessed at no charge are not eligible for refunds

3. Consulting Services Refunds

3.1 Workspace Layout Reviews

For personalized workspace layout consulting engagements:

  • Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before our team starts analyzing your submitted materials. Cancellation must occur within 48 hours of payment and before any consultant review activity.
  • During analysis: If you cancel after analysis has begun but before the written report is delivered, a 50% refund is available upon request.
  • After delivery: Once the written recommendation report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available. If you believe the deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.
  • Follow-up sessions: Unused follow-up video review sessions may be refunded in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

3.2 In-Person Layout Reviews

For in-person workspace reviews in the Seattle metropolitan area:

  • Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the appointment receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable
  • If we cancel or reschedule due to circumstances on our end, you receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling at your choice

4. Educational Programs and Digital Products

4.1 Self-Paced Educational Modules

For individual educational module purchases:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 25% of the module content
  • After accessing more than 25% of module content, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the product
  • Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve within 72 hours qualify for a full refund regardless of access level

4.2 30-Day Environment Challenge

For enrollment in our guided 30-day environment challenge program:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no weekly tasks have been submitted
  • Partial refund (50%) available within 14 days if fewer than 2 of 4 weekly modules have been accessed
  • No refund after 14 days or after accessing 2 or more weekly modules

4.3 Bundle Purchases

When purchasing a bundle of multiple modules or services, refund eligibility is evaluated based on the component with the highest level of access or delivery completed. Bundle discounts are recalculated at individual item prices for partial refund calculations.

5. European Union Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of contract conclusion for services, or from the day you receive digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Exception for digital content: By purchasing and accessing digital educational content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and expressly consent to immediate access. Once you begin accessing digital content with your prior express consent, the right of withdrawal is waived for that content to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to hello@flourishvibehip.world before the withdrawal period expires. We will process EU withdrawal requests within 14 days of receiving your notification.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Services fully delivered as described in the engagement agreement
  • Digital content accessed beyond the thresholds described in Section 4
  • Custom consulting work that has been substantially completed based on your submitted materials
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago unless covered by EU withdrawal rights
  • Third-party fees or charges (payment processing fees, currency conversion costs) incurred during the original transaction
  • Services purchased during promotional periods where the promotion terms explicitly state "no refunds"
  • Group or team licenses after access credentials have been distributed to team members

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to hello@flourishvibehip.world with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Reference]"
  • Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order date, and order reference number
  • Describe the service or product purchased and the reason for your refund request
  • For consulting services, indicate whether any deliverables have been received
  • For educational programs, specify which modules or content have been accessed

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in suspension of access to purchased services and future purchase restrictions.

If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide your payment provider with evidence of service delivery, access logs, communication records, and copies of agreed engagement terms to contest invalid claims.

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may request escalation by replying to our decision email with additional supporting information.

9. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If we offer subscription-based access to educational content or ongoing consulting support in the future, the following terms will apply:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@flourishvibehip.world
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase receive a prorated refund minus any months of access used
  • We provide at least 14 days notice before any subscription price changes

Current offerings are primarily one-time purchases. This section applies to any future subscription services.

10. Policy Modifications

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, pricing structures, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Material changes will be communicated to active program enrollees and consulting clients via email when feasible.
